Terms of business.

The short version: we will send you what you ordered, it will do what we say it does, and if something goes wrong we will put it right.

Who we are

FizzyClean makes natural cleaning tablets for reusable drinkware. These terms apply to every order placed through the FizzyClean website and to your use of the site. By placing an order you agree to them. When we say we, us or our, we mean FizzyClean.

Ordering

When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That is when the contract between us is made. We can decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if the product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

You need to give us accurate contact and delivery details. If an order goes astray because the address was wrong, we will help where we can but cannot promise a replacement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include the taxes we are required to collect for your country. Where we are not required to collect them, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are your responsibility. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.

Payment is taken when you order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the pack you choose and where you are, and the estimate for your pack is shown on the product and at checkout. Larger packs ship from our central warehouse and take longer than the starter pack. Once an order is handed to the courier we will send you tracking where it is available. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Using the product

FizzyClean tablets are for cleaning reusable bottles, cups and shakers. Use them as directed on the pack and on this site: warm water, one tablet, bottle left open, rinse well before use. They are not for drinking. Keep them away from children and pets, and if a tablet is swallowed, seek medical advice.

Returns and refunds

If a tablet does not do what we say it does, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it. We may ask for a photo or a short description of what happened. We do not need the product sent back.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you. If you ordered the wrong pack or changed your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will take unopened packs back at your cost of return postage and refund the product price once they arrive.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live. In Australia our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

What we promise and what we do not

We stand behind the product. Beyond the consumer guarantees that apply to you, we do not make other promises about the site or the product, and we are not liable for loss that was not caused by us or that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Where the law allows it, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

The website

We try to keep everything on the site accurate, but mistakes happen and we can correct them. The content on this site, including the words, images, film and logos, belongs to FizzyClean and cannot be copied or used commercially without our permission. Please do not use the site for anything unlawful or anything that interferes with its operation.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts there, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim closer to home.
